At Fresh Thyme, we’re instinctively guided by our values and our commitment to community, to make the right decisions for our customers, our neighbors and each other.  As we all continue to adjust to the impact the coronavirus has had on our daily lives, we want you to know that as a part of your community, we’re here for you.

Social Distancing

  • Of course, our primary focus is to provide a safe environment for our customers and team members. This includes the frequent cleaning of our stores. We have added plexiglass shields at our checkouts as an additional precaution for both our team members and our customers.
  • Please feel free to use the sanitizing wipes available for your safety and convenience. We ask that you take no more than 2 wipes to ensure that we can maintain supply to benefit everyone.


  • Fully-vaccinated customers may shop without a face covering at Fresh Thyme locations where allowed under state or local law. Non-vaccinated customers must continue to wear a face covering while shopping in our stores, except where medical conditions prevent them from wearing one. For our customers who choose not to shop in store, Fresh Thyme offers grocery delivery services through Instacart and Shipt. Delivery is not available in all zip codes, please check for availability.

Team Members

  • We care for our team members and want them to feel confident staying home if they don’t feel well. In addition, our team members are following daily health screening protocols as they arrive at the store and should they be needed, are providing them with masks & gloves to use while they are at work. We value the dedication of our team members in their efforts serving the communities and we are trying to make every accommodation we can under the circumstances.
