Dear Fresh Thyme Customer,

We are encouraged and thankful for the positive response we continue to receive from our customers as we all work together to ensure our communities remain healthy. Thank you for trusting us with your health and wellness needs, and please continue to let us know how we’re doing.

Today, we are announcing that we will introduce special shopping hours to support the needs of customers who may be more at risk from COVID-19.

Starting Sunday, March 22nd, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will serve all customers with slightly reduced hours from 8am to 8pm daily. The reduced hours will allow for additional cleaning, sanitation and restocking of key items.

For our customers over the age of 60 and customers who may have a compromised immune system, Fresh Thyme will be open exclusively for you to shop between 6 am – 8 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For our customers who are key healthcare personnel and first responders, Fresh Thyme will be open exclusively for you to shop between 6 am – 8 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ask that you please present your professional ID to enter.

This decision has been prompted by the high demand in grocery stores since the coronavirus outbreak, which has resulted in many seniors, vulnerable people in the community, and essential service workers missing out on necessary items they may need.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market continues to follow the CDC’s guidelines to ensure stores are as safe as possible. At Fresh Thyme, this includes more frequent cleaning and sanitization practices, especially at high-frequency touch points like check lanes, all service areas, and in team member work areas. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is working to ensure that all stores have consistent access to hand sanitizers and wipes which meet CDC requirements.

Thank you for your ongoing support, we are open to serve you and help in keeping you healthy during this challenging outbreak.
